All essences are Mother tinctures, the strongest available. They can be diluted or worn undiluted topically, as I practiced in hospitals.  Apply the essence three times daily to clean unbroken skin, avoiding eyes and delicate skin Many people use the side of the neck, wrist or soles of the feet.  Each bottle has about 50 applications, which last at least a month. Many people change to new essences every 4-6 weeks as they regroup and develop.
