DIRECTIONS

How to Use: To use pencil as eyeshadow, apply all over the eye and in the crease; blend carefully. To line eyes apply pencil directly along the upper and lower lash lines and blend. Can be used with all NYX Professional Makeup eyeshadows, liners, mascara and lashes.
